 Delivery and delivery policy at home

  • Home delivery is only available to customers in Greater Cairo as a first stage, and soon we will be able to connect to the rest of the Republic.
  • After completing the purchase order, the required product will be delivered to the house within 4 to 7 working days of the order.
  • We deliver orders on normal working days, from Sunday to Thursday except public holidays. We do not currently have the ability to deliver orders on weekends.
  • Any error or lack of order information such as billing address or shipping address may cause the order to be delayed.
  • Products can not be shipped to incomplete addresses, or different from those recorded in the purchase order.
  • If the receipt is refused for any reason other than an error in the order that has been sent, administrative expenses of 3% of the amount paid in case of electronic payment are deducted on the company's website.

 Electronic payment

  • After completing the purchase order, a letter will be sent to the e-mail registered in the purchase order with details of the transaction as confirmation of the request.
  • Delivery is made only to the address registered in the purchase order, and to the customer who has the credit card in person.
  • The delivery representative will check the credit card used in the purchase application, with the national ID card or passport only for the matching
  • The customer shall sign the name with the national card number on a copy of the invoice.
  • If there is a representative of the credit card holder at the time of receipt, please prepare a photocopy of the credit card used in the purchase application and the national ID card or passport of the applicant, with the signature of the applicant in the third name.
  • If the customer wishes to modify the purchase order (ie, a change in the required products) after the completion of the electronic payment process, 48 ​​hours from the date of registration of the application, the application will be canceled and a new application registered with the required amendment with the customer costs 2.2% Canceled from the site.

 Product Refund Policy
