Electrical Sales Engineers (Cairo)

Prime Group partner of GEWISS is seeking to hire energetic, dynamic and talented Junior / Fresh Graduated Electrical Sales Engineers to join our inspiring sales projects team to achieve the following roles and tasks:

Main job Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads by searching for new markets and customers.
  • Contact customers and follow up with them to know their demands and to ascertain the level of satisfaction.
  • Provide the customer with the required support in the technical points and respond to their comments and requirements.
  • Submit all the required documents to the potential clients (company official documents, catalogs, samples, etc…) based on clients’ need in order to register GEWISS in their vendor list.
  • Prepare projects quotations.
  • Follow up on pending projects with clients.
  • Solving any client problems.
  • Sell and promote GEWISS’s products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Provide information to management about sales figures, goals and customer needs, interests, obstacles, and potential sales for existing/ new products and services.
  • Provide the top management by the required reports on sales and market competitions.
  • Build and develop new and positive relationships with clients by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact and addressing issues or problems when they come up.
  • Enhances company image and reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job Accomplishments.
  • Assist the company in achieving the yearly Target.
  • Participate in important negotiations with key customers to close the deal.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Electrical / electromechanical Engineering.
  • Excellent communication and negotiations skills.
  • High selling & persuasion skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Presentable
  • Excellent Level of English (Speaking and writing).
  • Willingness to learn quickly and target orientated.
  • The ability to manage time, prioritize and work independently when needed.
  • Independent and have strong ownership with high sense of responsibilities.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Must own a car

Sales Support Admin (Cairo)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enter and review order tracking report
  • Review the inventory report, verify the needs of each store, and make the required orders from Shell
  • Review and follow up with the branch’s supervisors the required orders and stock.
  • Perform all kind of sales department reports ( Promotions, Discount, system actions, order gap, inventory report, branded shop achievements, returned reports)
  • Update customers and clients database
  • Follow up on sales activates with sales team and reporting to the sales  support admin Supervisor
  • Provide any analysis reports related to sales figure and achievements
  • Coordinate with sales supervisors any required demands for the branches.
  • Processing efficiently incoming and outgoing information and operations inside sales department.
  • Performing admin duties, circulation of memos, emails, customers’ profiles and etc..
  • Provide presentation to the sales support admin Supervisor when required.
  • Request price quotations when required.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in timely manner
  • Manage And resolve customers complaints

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Very Good level of English
  • Very good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office specially Excel
  • Very good analytical skills

Social Media Moderator (Cairo)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responds to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
  • To manage all social media channels like Facebook pages, Instagram profiles, and YouTube channel
  • Write down data in google sheets if required
  • Moderate communities located in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar social media platforms, adapting methodology where appropriate
  • Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues and outcomes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • At least one Year experience as social Media Moderator
  • Have previous experience manage Facebook pages, Instagram profiles, and YouTube channel
  • Excellent Arabic and English writing skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media content best practices & guidelines.
  • Very Good Customer Service Skills
  • Work Location: Nasr city
